Importer Security Filing (ISF) consists of 10 required data elements that must be submitted to U.S. Customs for all ocean‑freight import shipments entering the United States. Failure to file, late filing, or incorrect filing can result in serious penalties, including cargo holds, refusal to load or unload, and the assessment of liquidated damages of $5,000 per ISF transaction for importers.

A Customs Bond is required by U.S. Customs for imported goods to protect government revenue and ensure full compliance with import regulations. In most cases, a bond must be in place before merchandise can be released from Customs custody. Shipments will not be released unless a valid Single‑Entry or Continuous Bond is on file with U.S. Customs. We offer both Single‑Entry and Continuous Bonds to meet your import needs.
